When looking for your Inner Child you must look down, to the ground level of yourself. There they are looking up, appealingly, still wanting your love acceptance and approval. The degree to which you ignore, suppress or accept the needs of your Inner Child is the degree by which it will haunt you and spitefully undermine you or love and support you.
